Returns are accepted if the product is intact within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

In any case, the return/substitution or replacement is possible under the following conditions:

The product has not been used.

The product is accompanied by all the necessary documents proving the transaction.

The right of return does not apply to:

(a) products that are not eligible for return for health reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery, such as personal care items.

(b) products used, e.g. contact lenses, or the order has been placed incorrectly by the customer

(c) defective products or products in which there is a lack of agreed quality, which are covered by their respective warranties

No refunds

The Return of the product by Courier (ELTA) is done with the current shipping charge from the customer.

Product replacement with the current shipping charge.

Return with any other courier company charges the customer with the corresponding charge.
