What data do we collect?
Each visitor can browse the online and physical store without being asked or required to provide any personal information. However, in order to place an order, a prerequisite is the disclosure by the user of some personal information. The company does not collect information regarding personal data unless the interested visitor provides it voluntarily and on his own initiative. For this reason, the following will be requested: name/company name (if the customer is a legal entity), postal address/registered office, telephone number, e-mail address and, in case of choosing a credit card as a payment method, the credit card number, its expiration date and the CVC number. By submitting the order, the user will be asked to provide his explicit consent for the upcoming processing of his personal data in accordance with the law.
This website does not store your credit or debit card details. These details are managed securely and at the sole responsibility of the respective payment service provider.
Under no circumstances are data collected that the Regulation classifies as special categories of data ("sensitive data"), i.e. data that reveals racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs or trade union membership, health or sex life of a natural person or sexual orientation of a person.
How do we use this data?
The collection, processing, storage and use of personal data is carried out only if and to the extent that it is based on one of the cases provided for by law (consent, contract, legal obligation, public interest, legitimate interest) and always in accordance with the terms provided for therein and with the observance of the corresponding guarantees. We collect only the personal data that are necessary for the legitimate purpose for which they are collected. Personal data are used exclusively for the purposes for which they are collected.
These purposes are: 1) providing quality services, 2) responding to our contractual obligations, such as the execution of orders, 3) selling products, 4) processing visitors' orders, 5) improving the design and content of the website, 6) communicating with customers in order to inform them about the products and services of the online store, as well as about the offers, promotions and events held by the company.

The personal data collected for the execution of orders and the issuance of legal tax information are retained for the period of time required to execute the order as well as to respond to the requirements of the tax provisions that apply at each time.
